Client Invoicing Specialist

Join our client, a leading global investment management firm, as a Client Invoicing Specialist and become a vital contributor to the financial operations that support their innovative, data-driven approach.

$80,000 - $90,000 per year (range based on skills, qualifications, and experience)

• Support monthly and periodic billing cycles by preparing invoices and helping ensure timely delivery
• Partner with internal teams to respond to billing-related questions and requests
• Assist with fee-related calculations and billing adjustments as needed
• Maintain and update billing and revenue-related trackers and databases
• Support audit requests and documentation tied to invoicing and revenue processes
• Help with internal reporting and other accounting team projects as assigned
• Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience with invoicing, billing, or revenue-related work preferred
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools
• Proven AI skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
