We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to support our dealership’s financial operations. The ideal candidate has experience handling invoices, payments, and account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency. If you’re organized, comfortable with accounting software, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system checks
• Follow up on past‑due accounts and returned items

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills; self‑starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• AR/AP experience in an automotive dealership (preferred)
