Tire Technician

Overview

As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you keep life moving for our customers by providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment focused on safety and quality. • Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's high‑quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

• 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Customer‑first mindset

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Work hours vary, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The fast‑paced workshop setting requires extended standing and heavy lifting.

$15 – $17.50 per hour
