CJ Logistics America is looking for a dynamic, bilingual leader ready to make an impact in a fast‑paced logistics environment! If you excel at building customer relationships, analyzing data, and guiding high‑performing teams, this opportunity is your next big move.
Salary Range: $67,000 to $75,000
Schedule: ALL SHIFTS (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
What You’ll Do:- Serve as the go‑to point of contact for customer inquiries & escalations
- Build strong customer partnerships and support service excellence
- Analyze KPIs, performance data, forecasts, and operational trends
- Lead, coach, train, and support a growing Customer Service team
- Collaborate across Operations, Inventory, and Quality to issues
- Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices
- Manage exception requests with accuracy and speed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bilingual fluency in English & Korean (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in Customer Service or Operations
- Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing is a plus

This position operates in a hybrid environment, with responsibilities carried out in both a warehouse setting and an office environment. In the warehouse, the employee is exposed to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, odors, concrete flooring, and frequent exposure to powered industrial vehicles and warehouse traffic.
- Varying temperatures, including but not limited to refrigerated or non‑climate‑controlled areas
- Loud noise levels, such as machinery, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Dust, odors, and airborne particles
- Concrete flooring and moving mechanical equipment
- Frequent exposure to powered industrial vehicles and warehouse traffic
The employee is required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses, and high‑visibility vests.
In the office environment, the employee will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers. The noise level in the office is typically quiet to moderate, and the area is climate‑controlled.
