Family Engagement Specialist

If so, we want YOU to join our Early Childhood Education family as a Family Engagement Specialist.
Base pay range$43,000.00/yr - $46,700.00/yr

- Generous PTO – first year 23 days, second year 28 days, third year and on 35 days

- Sign‑on bonus – $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates (50% after 90 days and 50% after one year)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families
- Plan and host fun, family‑friendly events and workshops
- Act as a go‑to resource for families, offering guidance and support
- Work closely with our Head Start team to ensure children and families are thriving
- Share your creativity and passion to create a welcoming environment for everyone
- A friendly, energetic person who enjoys connecting with others
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
- Experience working with families and/or children (preferred, but not required)
- A team player who’s ready to bring their ideas and enthusiasm to the table
- An open heart, a positive attitude, and a love for making the world a little brighter
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or Psychology
- Two years of experience as a caseworker or similar position
- A genuine desire to connect with families and support their success
- Creativity and problem‑solving skills are a must – we want to hear your fresh ideas!
