Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Title: Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager – Financial & Cost Accounting

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager to join our Finance team, specializing in financial and cost accounting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monthly closings, budgeting, and financial analysis with a strong focus on manufacturing cost accounting. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning while ensuring compliance and supporting audits across business units.

• Lead and support the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and update annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Perform manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory valuation and cost variance analysis
• Generate and analyze financial statements and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support external audits and tax compliance efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, including 2+ years in cost accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, and audit preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• Background in manufacturing accounting (e.g., BOM, cost variance, inventory analysis)
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards
• Experience with international accounting practices or cross-border reporting
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus, but not required
