Accounting Generalist

MDMartin Staffing is looking for a skilled Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager with a strong background in Cost Accounting or Bookkeeping to join our Finance team. The role focuses on managing daily financial operations, improving working capital efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Manage daily financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate transaction processing
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including vendor payments and customer receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and complete all month‑end closing duties
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements
• Optimize working capital to enhance cash flow, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Support external audits and tax compliance processes
• Assist with cash flow planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow management, and working capital optimization
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus (not required)
• Experience working in multinational or cross‑border finance environments
