Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Staffing Recruiter role based in Matteson, IL (Chicago). The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating temporary placements, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment goals. The role requires excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Staffing Services and Temporary Placement
  • Proficiency and Experience in Direct Hire Professional Recruiting
  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Strong Communication skills for client and candidate interactions
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to source candidates across a multitude of job functions including:
    Engineering / IT / Human Resources / Operations / C-Suite
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in recruiting for a staffing & recruiting company a PLUS

Salary - 65K to 75K base + Commissions
