Data Entry Analyst (Inventory)

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Duration: Minimum 2-month assignment (potential to extend)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support inventory, raw material, and purchasing workflow. This role is ideal for someone with strong data‑entry skills, manufacturing experience, and a basic understanding of accounting principles,
no accounting degree required
.

• Enter incoming raw materials and delivery inventory into internal systems (approximately 10 truckloads daily).
• Verify material quantities and ensure accurate entry into inventory management system.
• Create purchase orders (POs) for alloy purchases and send PO copies to vendors.
• Enter raw material data, including quantities, lot details, and supporting documentation.
• Create and manage work orders and update production‑related inventory data.
• Support tolling activities
  , ensuring correct material movements and documentation.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, variance checks, and general accounting‑related tasks.
• Collaborate with the on‑site HR and plant operations team for daily workflow needs.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and timeliness in all data‑entry tasks.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, inventory, or materials management
  .
• Strong data entry accuracy—high volume and time‑sensitive environment.
• Proficiency with Excel (basic formulas).
• Understanding of general accounting practices (no degree required).
• Experience with inventory management systems such as:
• Sage 300 (Accpac) – nice to have, not required
• SAP or willingness to be trained
• Ability to follow structured processes and verify information for accuracy.
• Must be able to work on‑site
• Close to Ford Stamping Plant—easy location for daily commute.
• On‑site or virtual interview availability (HR representative will be present).
