ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING – ADON/RN - Generations at Applewood, Matteson, IL
Generations at Applewood, Matteson, IL, has an Opening for an Assistant Director of Nursing – ADON. This is a Full Time Role with a Salary Starting at $110-115k, depending upon qualifications and experience. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a few years of Skilled Nursing Facility or LTACH management/supervisory experience, not hospital.
Hours are 9a-5p weekdays and must be willing to be in On-Call every other weekend.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor):- The Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON collaborates with the Director of Nursing – DON (Director of Clinical Services)
- Ensures care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Manages the clinical team, develops programs and provides education to staff
- Plans and evaluates nursing systems, rotations and methods
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have long-term care experience & knowledge of SNF regulations
- Point Click Care (PCC) proficiency
- Must have leadership and critical thinking skills
- Must Work collaboratively with staff and peers
- ICU or ventilator experience a plus
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
