As a Front of House Team Member, you will support the FOH team and ensure each guest receives their food order quickly and accurately and leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

* Serving guests with a positive attitude and a friendly smile

* Taking & delivering orders to guests

* Daily Cleaning of Restaurant

* Consistent Availability

* Adhering to Chick-fil-A Matteson's rules and regulations

Requirements

* Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude

* Works in hot, cold, noisy and fast paced environment

* Must have a source of reliable transportation

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Mobility required during shifts

* Must work well under pressure

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time
