Team Member – White Castle

Join the White Castle team, an over 103‑year‑old fast‑food pioneer. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing person to help create memorable moments and serve our signature Original Slider® to Craver Nation and beyond.

• Deliver excellent customer service at the front counter, drive‑thru, and kitchen.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare orders, grill, fry, assemble sliders, and keep the kitchen clean and sanitary.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Promote White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with teammates, treat others with care and respect, and work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
