The Distribution Clerk is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient distribution of merchandise to replenish store inventory and support company‑wide operational needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work at a consistently fast pace in a deadline‑driven environment.

• Process daily distribution, including store replenishment, transfers, and manual billing activities.
• Accurately pick and stage merchandise while meeting expected productivity and pacing standards.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault, ensuring merchandise is secure and stored according to company standards.
• Provide vault access in accordance with company procedures and security requirements.
• Perform data entry tasks including system updates, discrepancy review, and issue escalation.
• Support investigation and resolution of distribution‑related variances or shipment discrepancies.
• Participate in physical inventory audits and cycle‑count activities as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned to support department operations.

• Maintain a high level of productivity while delivering accurate and error‑free work.
• Demonstrate consistent urgency in meeting daily distribution deadlines.
• Proactively communicate issues or delays to leadership.
• Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Distribution, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable and accountable with the ability to work independently or in a team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
• Integrity and adherence to company policies.
• Strong manual dexterity and precision.
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Ownership and accountability for assigned work.

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Repetitive handling of merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Good vision with or without corrective aids.

Our office – Matteson, IL

$15.50–$17 an hour

• Retirement / 401(k) Plan – Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) if eligibility is met, following one year anniversary. Company match is 40% of the first 5% that the employee contributes to the plan.
