• Supports facility security staff.
• Monitors and maintains access control equipment.
• Supports the implementation of OSHA guidelines, emergency evacuation plans, safety audits, and food safety audits.
• Identifies stakeholder communication techniques and manages stakeholder engagement.
• Manages data collection, interpretation, and reporting using digital tools.
• Supports training activities, maintains training repositories, and explains processes to contractors.
• Communicates clearly and influences teams and partners.
• Supports process improvement initiatives and conducts root‑cause analysis.
• Demonstrates awareness of environmental regulations and implements Walmart environmental policies.
• Explains operational functions and SOPs and supports operational excellence.
• Complies with company policies and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments using collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Fosters a culture of belonging and supports team members.
• Exemplifies integrity and ethical behavior.
• Delivers customer‑focused results and decisions based on reliable information.
• Strives for excellence through curiosity, risk‑taking, and continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate, or 1 year work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice).

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite;
  SharePoint and One Drive.
• Work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
