Summary
Perform administrative duties and maintain records for the Precinct Office so that work functions properly according to County policies and procedures. Act as a liaison between Precinct constituents, County and local agencies.
- Assists precinct constituents with various concerns
- Contacts various County departments and local agencies to obtain data
- Advises constituents of problem resolution or possible alternatives
- Follows up with appropriate parties when assignment has been given to another entity
- Coordinates Commissioner’s calendar to facilitate meetings with constituents, committees, etc.
- Corresponds with precinct contacts both verbally and in writing
- Maintains office records
- Acts as a liaison between precinct constituents and county departments
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year experience in a related field. Knowledge of County policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with County employees and the public. Ability to operate a typewriter, personal computer, calculator, telephone, facsimile machine and copy machine. MUST TYPE 50 WPM.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push and pull.
