Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

The Project Manager provides overall site leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, with excellent quality while adhering to project schedules and budget requirements.

• Complete understanding of the project contract including scope, budget, and scheduling
• Works with accounting to development project cost
• Leads effort with project management and supervision to establish detailed project
• Full authority to resolve all technical and commercial issues with the client
• Works alongside safety and quality departments to ensure all company, client and regulatory issues are adhered
• Leads routine meetings with project management and supervision to review project
• Works with project management team on all commodity purchasing as well as subcontractor
• Provides leadership and guidance to project management and
• Communicates routinely with Senior and Executive
• Communicates and/or collaborates when necessary, with the client, engineers, and other contractors on project issues and
• Responsible for overall success of the project including safety, quality, budget, and

• 10 years’ minimum experience in project management of complex industrial
• Proven track record working with construction company that self-performs
• 4 Year Degree in Construction or related field
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, process adherence, ownership/commitment, learning agility and risk management
• Strategic thinker who can establish and manage plans while building and fostering
• Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Proficient PC skills; including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management scheduling software.

Conditions include working in an office, shop space, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped sites often, without environmental controls. Conditions also include frequent exposure to dirt, dust, petroleum products, vibrations, construction debris, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of the site including but not limited to, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops and other elevated positions, as well as confined spaces.

Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to twenty pounds. Physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position. Climb stairs occasionally, sitting frequently, walking frequently, standing frequently, Push and pull up to 20 pounds occasionally, reaching frequently, kneeling occasionally. Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.
