You’ll work side‑by‑side with our seasoned estimator, gaining hands‑on experience preparing competitive bids for commercial construction projects while developing the skills needed to become a successful estimator.

• Contact subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
• Build relationships with trade partners
• Assist with preparing bids and proposals
• Organize bid documents and project information
• Learn how to interpret plans and specifications
• Support pre‑bid meetings and estimating activities
• Develop the skills to become a commercial construction estimator

• Isn’t afraid to pick up the phone—and will make dozens of calls if that’s what it takes
• Has strong computer and organizational skills
• Is naturally curious and enjoys learning and technology
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Is persistent and enjoys solving problems
• Communicates professionally with customers and trade partners
• Wants a long‑term career, not just a paycheck

Construction experience is a plus but not required
