We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on leading teams, solving problems, and delivering exceptional results from preconstruction through project closeout. The role includes managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, client relationships, and supporting field operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Partner with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and safety.
- Participate in project handoff, startup, and closeout meetings.
- Champion Speedwell's commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience
. - Ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
- Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office;
Microsoft Project experience is a plus. - OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30, Construction Management degree, and experience with Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or Revit are preferred.
