This is a hybrid position.
This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $2,000 per month, with total earning potential up to $60,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services.
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account management.
- Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team by providing customer information and generating leads.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- NC/SC Property and Casualty Licenses required
- Previous Allstate experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
