SummaryAprio is hiring a Corporate Development Analyst to support its acquisition strategy through hands-on underwriting and financial analysis. Reporting into the Corporate Development team, this person lives in Excel building models, runs financial diligence, assesses EBITDA, supports valuation decisions, and prepares investment materials. Aprio is one of the fastest-growing firms in the country, closing a high volume of acquisitions, so this is a heavy‑reps, deep‑in‑the‑data seat for an analytical early‑career professional who wants to do the work and grow fast.
