We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Belmont or McAdenville that wants to continue to learn and grow to impact their patient's lives and conditions. In this role, you will manage a full caseload of patients (orthopedic, surgical, spine, pelvic floor, vestibular, etc.), collaboratively create individualized plans of care, and deliver hands‑on techniques and appropriate rehabilitative interventions to ensure the success of our patients.
Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role located in the Belmont or McAdenville for a Staff Physical Therapist. The individual in this role will evaluate, plan, and implement customized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, providing rehabilitation therapies, monitoring progress, and maintaining detailed patient records to ensure effective treatment.
Additionally, the Staff Physical Therapist will educate patients on exercises and preventative measures to support their long‑term health goals.
- Experience and expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care techniques
- Experience with Home Care and providing care for diverse patient populations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient‑focused approach
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
