We are looking for someone bubbly, reliable, and driven, someone who can handle the pressure of busy service and wants to learn.

The successful candidates will have a friendly and approachable character with excellent communication skills and a self-starting initiative.

• Proficient English language skills
• Eager to learn, grow and develop
• Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+) (essential)
• Exceptional customer service skills(essential)
• Availability and reliability to work night shifts and weekends (essential)
• TAB, Keno, Gaming experience and certificates(Pref)

We are looking for reliable customer service superstars to work nights and weekends on a casual basis for 20+ hours a week. Successful applicants must have the flexibility to work over a 7-day roster. The most important thing is a positive, can-do attitude focused on teamwork and delivering a great customer experience!

Working at the Bentleys Hotel requires high energy, and an ability to multitask and successfully handle competing priorities.

• Exceptional and professional customer service
• Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required
• Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Consistent delivery of the venue’s products
• Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations
• Communicate and liaise with team members
• Efficient knowledge of the point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided)
• Maintain and clean all work areas
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
• Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act 2012
• Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Any other duties directed by Management
