We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our Charlotte office.

Position Overview:

As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and clients through the early stages of the personal injury claims process. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
• Draft demand letters, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm's case management system.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy development.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding records and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic legal environment.
