Shipping, Distribution​/ General Warehouse

NCW is seeking a Shipping Specialist to support logistics operations for clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. In this role, you will coordinate daily outbound and inbound shipments, verify orders, prepare shipping documents, and ensure accurate packing, labeling, and tracking. You will work closely with warehouse, customer service, and carrier partners to meet delivery deadlines and resolve shipment issues. Using basic computer and inventory systems, you'll update records, monitor stock movement, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and labels
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and on time
• Use inventory and shipping software to track orders
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams on delivery status
• Resolve basic shipment and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures
• Perform basic material handling and loading/unloading
• Support continuous improvement of shipping processes
