Hourly pay range: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Help shape members’ entire shopping experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. As a Maintenance Custodian Associate, you will maintain parking lots, restrooms, floors, and other areas, while working constantly on your feet and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Perform sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of parking lots, floors, windows, restrooms, and storage areas following company procedures.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow proper forklift spotting and hazardous‑material handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain chemical and supply inventories, replenish and rotate supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure members and associates receive a positive first and last impression by maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to work an entire shift on feet in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic, pride in work, and adaptability to fast‑paced situations.
• Commitment to safety and excellent customer service.

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hazardous‑material handling and forklift spotting procedures.
