At Fine Turf, this role is about more than managing irrigation systems. You are leading people, setting the standard for quality, and driving the growth of the division.

We are looking for an experienced irrigation professional who can develop technicians, improve efficiency, and ensure every customer receives consistent, high level service. You will have the authority to make decisions, the support to be successful, and the ability to shape the future of the department.

• $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience
• Performance based bonus structure
• Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends off

• Coach, train, and support irrigation technicians in the field
• Schedule and plan service and installation work for maximum productivity
• Oversee system diagnostics, repairs, and installations
• Maintain quality control and strong customer communication
• Manage projects and team performance using mobile software and reporting tools
• Identify system improvements, upgrade opportunities, and water conservation solutions
  
  Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork

What We Are Looking For

• 5 or more years of irrigation experience
• Success leading and developing a team
• Strong troubleshooting ability with electrical and hydraulic systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Organized and comfortable with mobile field service technology
• Backflow certification is a plus but not required
• Positive, solutions focused leadership style
