- Friday, Overtime as Required Pay: $26 - $30 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fitting, welding, and fabricating structural and production components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong welding and fabrication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and fabrication drawings
• Perform welding using GMAW-P (Gas Metal Arc Welding - Pulse) and related processes
• Fit, assemble, and fabricate steel components to specifications
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using fabrication tools and equipment
• Inspect welds and finished components to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate saws, grinders, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with structural or industrial fabrication preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Welding certifications and/or trade school training
• Experience working in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience with structural steel fabrication
