MIG Welder
Location:
Matthews, NC Pay: $22.00–$28/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday– Friday, 8: 00 AM– 5: 00 PM Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in Matthews. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on MIG welding experience, a current welding certification, and the ability to produce high‑quality, accurate welds.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on various materials and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Valid/current welding certification required
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
