Pro Ampac in Matthews, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor who will lead a manufacturing team, enforce safety rules, and drive quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
The role requires coaching, training, and using lean tools; strong communication and problem-solving; will oversee shift operations and labor scheduling.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, and be able to work 2nd shift with 8- or 12-hour shifts.
