Shifts available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Saturday from 7am-3pm .Full time positions (minimum 30 hours per week) include full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, PTO and simple IRA with 3% company match.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Assist with ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc.
Monitor and document patient progress
Communicate promptly with scheduling personnel
Current NC or Compact State nursing license
Familiarity with home skilled nursing needs
Experience with caring for patients on a ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy and or be willing to train
Reliable transportation
