Position OverviewCaring Hands In-Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing services in the home setting. This client has a Department of Mental Health (DMH) authorization for 12 nursing hours per day, 7 days per week, creating opportunities for both full-time and part-time scheduling.
Client Care Needs- Monitoring of infusions, providing line care, and TPN management medication administration
- Assessment and monitoring of overall health status
- Routine repositioning and pressure injury prevention
- Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
- Infection prevention and monitoring
- Documentation of nursing interventions and client status
- Communication with physicians, caregivers, and agency staff
- Active Missouri LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Home care, infusion, central line, or TPN experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
- Flexible scheduling available
