Caring Hands In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing services for a client in Van Buren, Missouri. This is a weekend opportunity caring for a client with paraplegia who requires skilled nursing interventions, personal care assistance, and support with daily activities in the home and community setting.

• Scheduled urinary catheterization
• Assessment and monitoring of overall health status
• Assistance with mobility and transfers
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Skin integrity monitoring and pressure injury prevention
• Medication administration as ordered
• Support with community activities and social engagement
• Documentation of nursing interventions and client status
• Communication with caregivers, physicians, and agency staff

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with catheterization and mobility assistance preferred
