Preschool Floating - RN

Leaf Spring Schools is seeking a caring, knowledgeable, and relationship-centered Registered Nurse to support our campuses and help us maintain safe, healthy environments for children and staff.

• Part-time: approximately 30 hours per week
• Schedule includes travel between multiple Leaf Spring campuses
• Pay range: $26–$32 per hour

• Work alongside our Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to support the health and well-being of children
• Help ensure all campuses consistently follow state requirements and Leaf Spring’s illness and exclusion guidelines
• Provide guidance to staff regarding health procedures, medical requirements, and individual care needs
• Review health documentation and support medication and care-plan compliance
• Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with families and team members
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with young children, families, and staff

• Holds an active Registered Nurse license
• Has strong knowledge of pediatric health, medical requirements, and illness-prevention practices
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is warm, dependable, organized, and comfortable supporting multiple locations
• Values collaboration and relationship-centered care
• Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or early childhood settings is preferred
