Spray Technician - Lawn Care Year Round

Charlotte, NC | $18 to $24 per hour + bonuses | $40,000 to $60,000 per year
Full Time | Monday through Friday

No experience in lawn care? We will train motivated candidates with strong outdoor work experience.

• Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends off

• Apply fertilizer and lawn treatments safely and accurately
• Diagnose weeds, turf issues, insects, and disease
• Educate customers and answer basic lawn care questions
• Operate and maintain spray equipment
• Run your route efficiently and professionally
• Track work and notes using mobile software

Requirements

• Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and team first mindset
• Self motivated and goal oriented
