Urgent Care Veterinarian – Matthews, NC
A growing veterinary practice is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to provide after-hours care for canine and feline patients in a modern, well-supported clinical setting. This role focuses exclusively on urgent care cases, offering a streamlined environment designed for efficiency and quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate urgent care to patients and exceptional service to clients
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and leadership to ensure seamless care
- Build strong relationships within the practice and local community
- Support the development of team members through mentorship and training initiatives
- Manage a varied caseload including urgent medical needs and minor procedures
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or equivalent program completion)
- Eligible for or currently holding an active veterinary license in the applicable state
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
