This full‑time on‑site role is based in Matthews, NC. As a Lease‑Up Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing leasing activities and building relationships with prospective and current residents. Building relationships and partnerships by outreach marketing.

Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, handling lease administration, marketing, social media management, providing excellent customer service, promoting resident retention, and ensuring smooth move‑ins and move‑outs. You will act as a point of contact for prospective residents and actively contribute to meeting occupancy and leasing goals.

• Strong knowledge and experience with lease administration and leasing up processes
• Analytical thinker with strong closing techniques.
• Exceptional customer service and resident retention skills
• Effective communication skills for engaging with residents and team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in property management software and office applications
• Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to solving challenges
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management are a bonus
