Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position SummaryJoin Sam’s Club’s freezer, cooler and deli team to keep shelves stocked, maintain product quality and contribute to a safe, sanitary environment. In the deli department, you’ll deliver customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
What you’ll doMaintain safety standards and conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting and hazardous material disposal procedures; correct unsafe situations.
Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area: receive, stock, zone, clean, and organize product displays; sign, price, and audit merchandise; secure fragile and high‑shrink items.
Provide member service: greet members, locate merchandise, assist purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company offerings.
Follow food‑handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, comply with cold‑chain procedures, clean the freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor equipment, and report problems.
Minimum QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.
