Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a specific zone of the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising and customer service within the zone to ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience;
Execute procedures for the assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure merchandise is planned for and received and the sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff the zone to optimize unload/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards
