Sales Representative

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Part‑Time Sales Representative to greet and assist customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, promote the Northern Tool credit card program, sell extended service protection plans on qualifying items, and support day‑to‑day store merchandise and operations.

• Create an exceptional one‑stop shopping experience with outstanding customer service.
• Ask probing questions to better understand customer needs.
• Greet customers and assist them with product selection and merchandising.
• Offer Protection Plans for all eligible products and the credit card on all transactions (incentive pay applies).
• Work as a team player and assist with tasks that improve customer service.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability; must work some weekends and holidays.
• Love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service‑focused mindset.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

• Competitive hourly pay: $14.00–$20.70 (based on skill, experience, and location).
• Daily pay option available.
