As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the first impression for our dealership. You'll help guests explore our luxury lineup, answer questions, demonstrate vehicle technology, and create an exceptional customer experience from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do- Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
- Become an expert on the INFINITI lineup and luxury vehicle technology.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations.
- Assist clients during test drives.
- Build relationships that create lifelong customers.
- Work closely with our sales and management team to deliver a world-class experience.
- Represent the INFINITI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
