As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the initial point of contact when presenting new customers with service solutions at appropriate pricing levels while maintaining and building customer rapport. This position manages all aspects of the inbound/outbound business-to-consumer journey – handling leads by phone, digital submission, and 3rd party lead generation, conducting a consultative approach, assessment and documentation in our CRM.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to work Saturday rotation from 10am–2pm (will have a day off during the week if scheduled).
• The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services available to offer.
• Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on products or services.
• Ensures that customers are presented with the proper solutions to address pest control and other home service needs.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Fields customer questions and complaints and forwards issues beyond knowledge to the appropriate specialist or staff member.
• Logistical planning and routing of service technician schedules.
• Communicates closely with the field team, managers, sales team, and other departments.
• Educates customers on service plans, minor pest knowledge, and general information on Killingsworth.
• Take the initiative to problem solve, research, investigate, and come up with solutions for both customers and teammates.
• Utilizes and becomes familiar with new and old technology.
• Uses Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, Pest Pac, and other programs crucial to Sales Processes.
