Onyx Home Improvement is growing and looking to bring on experienced in-home sales reps who know how to close. We specialize in gutter installation, gutter guards, fascia, soffit, and exterior home improvement services for homeowners in the Charlotte area.
This position is for someone who already understands in-home sales, knows how to build trust with homeowners, and can confidently walk a customer through the estimate, solution, pricing, and financing options.
We provide the leads.
You run the appointment.
You close the deal.
There is no income ceiling.
Our sales reps meet with homeowners who have requested an estimate or consultation for gutter, gutter guard, fascia, soffit, or related exterior work. This is not cold calling. These are real homeowners looking for help with their property.
Top performers have the ability to earn six figures with uncapped commission.
What To Expect:- Run company-provided appointments with homeowners
- Conduct in-home consultations for gutter and exterior projects
- Inspect the home, identify issues, and recommend the right solution
- Present pricing, options, and financing when available
- Follow our sales process from start to finish
- Handle objections and close deals professionally
- Represent Onyx Home Improvement with confidence and professionalism
- Create a great customer experience from the first appointment
You Will Have:

- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving to appointments around the Charlotte area
- Available for evening appointments and some Saturdays
- Self-motivated, reliable, and performance-driven
- Able to communicate clearly with homeowners and the team

Job Type: Full-time / Commission-based
Pay: $75,000 - $200,000+ per year depending on performance
