The In-Home Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Matthews, NC. This position involves visiting residential properties, conducting detailed assessments of gutter and exterior conditions, and presenting tailored solutions to homeowners. The representative will deliver professional in-home sales presentations, explain product options and pricing, and provide clear estimates and proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospective customers, coordinating with installation teams, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s sales systems.

The role requires consistent local travel within the service area, strong customer-facing communication, and a focus on closing sales while maintaining a consultative, integrity-driven approach.

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and explain solutions clearly in the home.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including experience with consultative selling, handling objections, and closing residential sales.
• Candidates should possess basic construction or home improvement knowledge, particularly related to gutters, fascia, soffit, and exterior systems (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills for managing appointments, leads, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems to document visits and track opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for local travel, and the ability to work on-site in and around Matthews, NC.
• Prior experience in in-home sales, home services, or construction-related industries is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk exterior properties, and safely navigate ladders or uneven terrain when assessing home exteriors.
