• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet dealership sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels in coordination with the sales and management teams.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
