Maintenance Technician

Qualified maintenance technicians are needed with the following experience, skills, and availability:

* HVAC Certification

* EPA Universal Certification

* General Electrical Work Knowledge

* General Plumbing Knowledge

* Light Carpentry Experience

* General Maintenance and Repair

* Self-Transportation is Required

* 40 Hours Per Week (variable)

* Alternating Emergency On Call

Work-Load Expectancies (All job duties are not listed, 3-6 Stores)

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and/or HVAC

* Building repair and maintenance

* Planned maintenance and equipment upkeep (Ice machines, cooking equipment, facility equipment, etc)

* Communicate status updates for part order(s) and repairs with store and direct supervisor.

* Complete service calls accurately and timely

* Perform intermediate-level equipment and accessory installations

* Educate managers and other restaurant employees on how to maintain and troubleshoot basic issues
