Position
Carpenter (Full Time Hourly Construction)
Location:
Charlotte, North Carolina
Salary Range: $30-$40 hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge. Overtime paid at 40+ and double time after 60+. Daily vehicle stipend and out-of-state per diem. Six major holidays paid off, accrue PTO as you work.

Work on remodeling and new construction projects, perform finish carpentry, drywall finishing, and painting. Lead and/or manage teams, work independently or with a team, collaborate with superintendents to achieve job goals.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years hands‑on construction experience
- Experience in remodeling and proficiency in drywall finishing, finish carpentry, and painting
- Lead and/or management experience
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
