Maintenance Foreman

Overview

Acts is seeking a qualified candidate for the Maintenance Foreman position. In this role, you will coordinate and assist (hands‑on) all technical maintenance activities of employees engaged in monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building equipment and systems such as electrical, electronic control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, as well as carpentry, painting, grounds‑keeping, etc.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Technical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization, as well as knowledge of all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

$24.41 - $31.39 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
