Role Overview :Low‑Rise Lead Technician / Sales Technician
You will perform and lead low‑rise exterior services for residential and commercial clients while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe, efficient job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform low‑rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services
- Lead and support team members on residential and commercial jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers on‑site
- Identify additional service needs for residential customers (commission eligible)
- Follow all safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection
- Ensure job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Complete basic job documentation and reporting
- Competitive hourly pay $18–$25 per hour + commission
- Commission opportunities on residential sales
- Paid safety training including ladder safety, fall protection, and jobsite best practices
- Ongoing skills development and certification opportunities
- High‑quality tools, equipment, and PPE
- Year‑round work (commercial + residential mix)
