Thompson is seeking a Residential Youth Care Specialist to provide care, supervision, and advocacy for youth ages 10‑17 in our Carolinas region. This role requires participating in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training before client engagement and maintaining a commitment to our trauma‑informed care approach.
You will work 7am–7pm with a rotating schedule, covering at least four 12‑hour shifts monthly, and start pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour based on experience.
