Job Responsibilities

Under limited supervison of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader will provide services to individuals and families in their home and in the community and provide counseling support services for the Adult Outpatient population. Works on a multidisciplinary (ACT) team. Plans, dvelops and assumes administrative and clinical oversight for the Assertive Community Treatment Program. Position located in Georgetown County.

• A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs.

• Master's Degree in guidance, counseling or social services and 1 year experience in a clinical counseling program.
